1. Reservations and Accommodation / Reservas y Alojamiento / 予約と宿泊 / 예약 및 숙박 / 預訂與住宿

• Accommodation will only be provided to guests whose details are registered with the front desk or website.
  El alojamiento solo se proporcionará a los huéspedes cuyos datos estén registrados en la recepción o en el sitio web.
  宿泊は、フロントデスクまたはウェブサイトで登録されたお客様にのみ提供されます。

• Reservations must be confirmed with a deposit or advance payment, depending on the booking method.

• Guests must show a valid photo ID during check-in, especially for non-internet orders.

• Check-in time is 12:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

• Early check-in and late check-out will be considered subject to availability and must be requested in advance.

3. Payment / Pago / 支払い方法 / 지불 방법 / 付款方式

• The full payment for the stay must be made at the time of check-in.
  El pago total de la estancia debe realizarse al momento del check-in.
  宿泊料金はチェックイン時に全額お支払いいただく必要があります。
  숙박 비용은 체크인 시 전액 결제하셔야 합니다.
  住宿費用需在入住時全額支付。

• For non-internet orders, a 100% advance payment deposit is required at check-in.
  Se requiere un pago por adelantado del 100% al momento del check-in si la reserva no se realizó por internet.
  インターネット以外での予約の場合、チェックイン時に100％の前払いが必要です。
  인터넷이 아닌 예약의 경우 체크인 시 100% 선불이 필요합니다.

• GST/Taxes as per government directives are included in the price.

• Payment methods include PayPal, Alipay, WeChat, and Pichincha Bank.

• When selecting bank transfer, the website will display any required payment account information.

• Long Lodge is a quiet and welcoming place. We reserve the right to deny accommodation to any guest who does not comply with our rules or behaves inappropriately.
  Long Lodge es un lugar tranquilo y acogedor. Nos reservamos el derecho de denegar el alojamiento a un huésped que no cumpla con nuestras normas o que se comporte de manera inapropiada.
  ロングロッジは静かで歓迎的な場所です。規則に従わない、または不適切に行動するゲストには宿泊を拒否する権利を留保します。
  롱 로지는 조용하고 환영하는 장소입니다. 규칙을 따르지 않거나 부적절한 행동을 하는 고객에게는 숙박을 거부할 권리가 있습니다.
  Long Lodge 是一個安靜宜人的地方。我們保留權利拒絕不遵守規則或行為不當的客人繼續住宿。

• Guests must respect the environment and are prohibited from attacking animals and plants or engaging in activities that may disturb them.
  Los huéspedes deben respetar el medio ambiente y se prohíbe atacar a los animales y plantas o realizar actividades que puedan perturbarlos.
  ゲストは環境を尊重し、動植物を攻撃したり、それらを驚かせる可能性のある活動を行うことは禁止されています。

5. Guest Responsibility / Responsabilidad del Huésped / ゲストの責任 / 고객 책임 / 客人責任

• Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to Long Lodge property during their stay.
  Los huéspedes son responsables de cualquier daño o pérdida causada a la propiedad de Long Lodge durante su estancia.
  ゲストは宿泊中にLong Lodgeの財産に対して発生した損害や損失に責任を負います。
  고객은 숙박 기간 동안 Long Lodge 재산에 발생한 손상이나 손실에 대해 책임을 집니다.
  客人需對在住宿期間對 Long Lodge 財產造成的任何損失或損壞負責。

• In case of damage, guests must bear the cost of repair or replacement.
  En caso de daño, los huéspedes deberán asumir los costos de reparación o reemplazo.
  損害が発生した場合、ゲストは修理または交換の費用を負担する必要があります。
  손상이 발생할 경우 고객은 수리 또는 교체 비용을 부담해야 합니다.
  若造成損壞，客人需承擔修復或更換的費用。

6. Optional Activities / Actividades Opcionales / 活動オプション / 선택적 활동 / 可選活動

• Optional activities such as tea ceremony and shakuhachi music are available. Please inquire at the front desk for more details and bookings.

7. Cancellation Policy / Política de Cancelación / キャンセルポリシー / 취소 정책 / 取消政策

• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival for a full refund.
  Las cancelaciones deben realizarse al menos 7 días antes de la llegada para obtener un reembolso completo.
  到着の7日前までにキャンセルすれば、全額返金されます。
  도착 7일 전까지 취소하면 전액 환불됩니다.
  抵達前 7 天取消可全額退款。

• In case of no-show, the full stay will be charged.
  En caso de no presentarse, se cobrará el monto total de la estancia.
  ノーショーの場合、宿泊費全額が請求されます。
  전체 숙박 요금이 청구됩니다.
  若未出現，將收取全部住宿費用。

8. Pet Policy / Política de Mascotas / ペットポリシー / 애완동물 정책 / 寵物政策

• We welcome pets. Please inform us in advance of the type and number of pets you will be bringing.

• All pets must be kept under control and adhere to our environmental respect regulations.

9. Smoking Policy / Política de Fumar / 喫煙ポリシー / 흡연 정책 / 吸煙政策

• Long Lodge is a non-smoking area. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms or indoor areas.
  Long Lodge es un espacio libre de humo. No está permitido fumar dentro de las habitaciones ni en las áreas interiores.
  ロングロッジは禁煙エリアです。客室や室内では喫煙はできません。
  롱 로지는 금연 구역입니다. 객실 및 실내에서는 흡연이 금지됩니다.
  Long Lodge 是無煙區，禁止在房間內及室內區域吸煙。

10. Swimming Pool Safety / Política de Seguridad en la Piscina / プールの安全ポリシー / 수영장 안전 정책 / 游泳池安全使用政策

• All guests must follow the pool safety rules.
  Todos los huéspedes deben seguir las reglas de seguridad de la piscina.
  すべてのゲストはプールの安全ルールに従う必要があります。
  모든 고객은 수영장의 안전 규칙을 따라야 합니다.
  所有客人必須遵守泳池安全規則。

• No diving or running around the pool area is allowed.
  No se permite saltar ni correr alrededor del área de la piscina.
  プールエリア周辺での飛び込みや走行は許可されていません。
  수영장 주변에서 다이빙이나 달리는 것은 허용되지 않습니다.
  不允許在泳池區域跳水或奔跑。

• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while in the pool.
  Los niños deben estar supervisados por un adulto en todo momento mientras estén en la piscina.
  子供はプール内にいる間、常に大人の監督を受けなければなりません。
  어린이는 수영장에 있을 때 항상 성인에 의해 감독되어야 합니다.
  兒童在泳池中時，必須由成人監督。
